Our Values

Quality

Each restoration project is held up to a standard of high quality that ensures the integrity of the development.

Accuracy

It is important to us that we preserve each property's rich history through maintaining accurate architectural elements of the time period.

Precision

Everything down to small details is planned to be precise and intentional.

Transperancy

Honesty and thorough communication are priorities throughout our decision-making process.

  • A before picture of an old Victorian home with siding that appears to be falling apart, paint that is coming off, and a balcony that has ladders to the roof being worked on.
  • The after picture of the Victorian home featuring it being fully restored, a plum color, off-white railings and columns, and a fully restored balcony and porch.

Purpose

Buildings reflect culture, and what we use them for help maintain and shape it. Whether for memorable stays, life's celebrations, or family use, we want every property to serve its purpose in our community that will impact the generations to come.

Restore

Through years and years of knowledge and experience, Nannette Chandler understands the proper way to revive historical architecture to reflect the vision of what it once was.

Protect

What others may tear down, we want to restore. In order to protect the integrity of Pensacola's history The Pensacola Preservation Guild strives to save buildings from unnecessary demolition.

Assess

Through careful assessment, we observe the various mechanisms that affect the condition of the building and make judgments on the best and most effective ways to manage the core issues.

Inform

We seek to inform our community of the necessary tools and techniques that historical properties require in order to be revived properly.
