About Our Owner
Nannettte Chandler
is the CEO and founder of Chandler & Co. Construction, a woman-owned and operated firm in Pensacola, Florida, dedicated to architectural preservation and restoration. Inspired by her grandfather and a "spitfire" grandmother who worked on job sites, Nannette overcame early industry barriers by learning the trades from the ground up and working for free to prove her capabilities. Today, she leads her crew in saving historic homes from landfills, honoring centuries-old craftsmanship, and creating thoughtful, enriching spaces for people to live, work, and celebrate their milestone moments. Her approach centers on building with deep intention, honoring all the members on her team, and ensuring that local history is preserved brick by brick.
